General Manager, Duty Manager and Receptionist are not hard-coded. Each hotel builds its own positions and decides exactly what each one can see and do.

A receptionist and a general manager should not see the same screen with a few buttons hidden. In invenCue they see genuinely different, scoped versions of the same system.
That keeps sensitive information such as finance and staff data with the people who need it, and keeps everyone else's screens uncluttered.

Can I create my own job roles?
Yes. Each hotel creates its own staff positions and assigns permissions to them.
Can a member of staff work at more than one hotel?
Yes. They have a single account with their own position and permissions in each hotel.
