Most small operators outgrow a single-property tool the moment they take on a second hotel. invenCue treats multi-hotel as a core design decision rather than an add-on, so growing from one property to several does not mean changing systems.
Because roles and permissions are defined per hotel, the same person can be a general manager in one property and a receptionist in another.

Do the hotels have to be in a group?
No. invenCue supports independent properties as well as hotels grouped under a company.
