First Expiry, First Out

Know exactly which unit, on which shelf, expires first.

Invencue tracks stock down to the exact tote inside your warehouse, picks with FEFO precision, and keeps a full audit trail of every batch — so nothing expires unseen and no pick ever grabs the wrong stock.

Features

Built for granular, batch-tracked inventory

Not just "in stock" — exactly where, in what batch, and how much longer it's good for.

Shelf-and-tote location tree

Warehouse → Aisle → Row → Shelf → Tote. Every unit is placed, not just "somewhere in stock."

FEFO pick lists

Pick lists order by soonest expiry first, then shortest walking path — automatically.

Full batch traceability

Batch number, expiry, unit cost, and supplier tracked on every unit you receive.

Variant-aware products

One parent SKU, any number of size/colour variants, each with their own stock and batches.

Scan-driven put-away

Scan a batch, scan a tote, done. Stock moves out of Goods In with zero manual entry.

Role-based access

Admin, manager, picker, and viewer roles per user, per warehouse tenant.

How it works

From goods-in to picked, in four steps

1

Receive

Stock arrives and is logged into Goods In against a batch — expiry, cost, and supplier included.

2

Put away

Scan the batch, scan the target tote. Stock leaves staging and lands exactly where it's shelved.

3

Pick (FEFO)

The pick cue always surfaces the soonest-expiring stock first, ordered by the shortest route.

4

Audit

Every movement is an immutable ledger entry — full traceability, no edited history.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Why do I need to enter a card for a free trial?

It keeps trials to teams who genuinely intend to use Invencue, and means your account converts to a paid plan automatically on day 15 — no action needed if you want to keep going. We'll email you 3 days and 1 day before you're charged.

What happens if I cancel during the trial?

You won't be charged. Cancel any time from your billing settings before day 15.

Can I run more than one warehouse or client on one account?

Yes — each account (tenant) has its own fully isolated location tree, products, batches, and users, which is exactly how 3PLs use Invencue to manage multiple clients.

How does FEFO picking actually work?

The pick cue queries all available stock for a product and orders it by expiry date first, then by physical location, so the soonest-expiring batch on the shortest route always surfaces first.

Can I import my existing products and locations?

Yes, via CSV import/export for both products and locations, so you're not re-keying an existing catalogue by hand.

Stop tracking inventory by memory and spreadsheets.

Start your 14-day free trial and see exactly what's on every shelf, in every tote, before it expires.
